Amber Fort:
Albert Fort Eleven Kilometers from Jaipur City, was once the capital of Kachhwa dynasty. The palace depicts Rajput architecture.
Birla Mandir:
Birla Mandir Is a unique temple with exquisite marble carvings. It was built by Raja Baldev Birla. The temple is an important prayan site and contains several idol deities.
City palace:
City Palace is an excellent museum, exhibiting rare specimens of rajasthan textiles and costumes. Mubarak Manzil with in the palace was built by sawai Madho Sing II, in 1900 A.D. Chandra mahal or the Moon palace with the temples of Govindji, the local deity of the maharaja’s are within the city Palace.
Lord Krishna's temple at Mathura:
located on the west bank of river yamuna is associated with the most enduring god of the Hindu religion. Surroundings are popularly known as brij bhoomi. Lord Krishna was born at a jail in Mathura and believed to have grown up in this area. The place where he was born was converted into a temple. It is one of the most important pilgrim centers for Hindus since thousands of years. King Kanishka made it as the capital of his eastern empire. The emperors from the dynasties of sakas, kushans and Chandra gupta maurya contributed to the prosperity of Mathura and in modem India, the region has become an important centre of art and culture. Thousands of pilgrims visit the city every day.
Red Fort Agra:
Standing parallel on the right banks of the river Yamuna, the massive walls are of solid sand stone rampar is 17 feet height and one and half miles in circular. It was constructed by Moghul Emperor Akbar In 1565 A.D. The Fort consists of Jahangir Mahal, Shahjahan Mahal and Moti Masjid.
Hawa Mahal:
Built in, 1799 A.D. by Maharaja Pratap Singh. It is one of the outstanding monuments in Jaipur is known as Palace of Wind, built of pink sand stone is a fanciful structure of delicate beauty and lightness. It is designed to catch the cool breeze on a hot day, and for the royal ladies to enjoy the processions and other activities, taking place outside.
Taj Mahal - Agra :
Agra City is one of the five biggest towns in Uttar Pradesh is famous all over the World for its celebrated monument -Taj Mahal, is one of the seven wonders of the world. It was built by Emperor Shahjahan in 1653 A.D in memory of his beloved wife Queen Mumtaj. It took 22 years to complete this beautiful mausoleum. Taj Mahal, situated on the banks of River Yamuna, stands on a white marble platform of 2 feet with a height of 243 feet. In 1983, taj Mahal was cited as the “Jewel of Muslim Art” and universally admired masterpieces of world’s heritage. Taj Mahal attracts 2 to 3 million visitors every Year.
Buland darwaja (The tallest Gate in India at fatehpur Sikri):
The fascinating gate was built by mugal Emperor, Akbar and fatehpur Sikri, as his new capital City, but abandoned it in a few years later for lack of water. The word fatehpur means, the city of victory, built between 1570 A.D and 1586 A.D. Fathepur sikri is the greatest accomplishment of mughal architecture.
Jantar Mantar:
Built in 18th century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, the huge masonry instruments were used to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. Enormous sun-dials still provide accurate time, which are subject to daily corrections.
Akbar’s Tomb Sikandra:
This mausoleum at Sikindra, near Agra was built by Akbar's son and the Moghul Emperor Shahjahan in 1613 A.D., in memory of his father. The Gate of this historical monument is impressive. The minarets and the vast garden where the tomb is laid are Imposing monuments of the Mughal period.
Albert hall:
Albert hall is situated in the Ram Niwas Garden. This graceful building was founded in 1876 by Prince Albert it houses a large collection of archaeological and handicraft pieces.
